REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your IMI Defense™ purchase. This Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy applies to purchases made directly through the IMI Defense™ LLC U.S. website.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact IMI Defense™ Customer Service as soon as possible at support@imidefenseusa.com

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order is eligible for return, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with the policy below.

IMI Defense™ LLC reserves the right to cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal or regulatory requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible products purchased directly from IMI Defense™ LLC may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and uninstalled;
Be in its original condition;
Include the original packaging, components, accessories, hardware, and instructions; and
Show no signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or excessive handling.

Products that have been installed, used, altered, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for return.

Proof of purchase may be required.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending a product back, please contact IMI Defense™ Customer Service at support@imidefenseusa.com to request return authorization and instructions.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Products returned without authorization or to an address other than the return address provided by IMI Defense™ may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns resulting from customer preference, ordering the wrong product, compatibility issues that were accurately described on the Website, or other reasons not caused by IMI Defense™, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by IMI Defense™ or the product was defective upon receipt.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. IMI Defense™ LLC is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact IMI Defense™ Customer Service promptly at support@imidefenseusa.com

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other information reasonably requested to help us evaluate the problem.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, IMI Defense™ LLC will, as appropriate and subject to applicable warranty terms, provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

When a return is required because of a verified product defect or an error by IMI Defense™, IMI Defense™ LLC will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, neglect, accident, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with product instructions is not considered a product defect.

COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and compatibility information before placing an order.

If you are uncertain whether an IMI Defense™ product is compatible with your firearm or equipment, please contact us before ordering.

A product ordered for an incompatible firearm or configuration may still be returned within the 30-day return period provided it remains unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and otherwise meets the requirements of this policy.

Products that have been installed, modified, altered, or damaged while attempting installation may not qualify for return.

REFUNDS

Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect the product to determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be processed after the return has been inspected and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund unless the return resulted from a verified defect, damage in transit, incorrect shipment, or another error by IMI Defense™.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different product, model, size, or configuration, please contact IMI Defense™ Customer Service.

Depending on the circumstances, we may process an exchange directly or ask you to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Any price difference and applicable shipping charges may apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products may not be eligible for return:

Products that have been used or installed;
Products that have been modified or altered;
Products damaged through misuse or improper installation;
Products missing original components or accessories;
Products marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase;
Clearance or discontinued products specifically identified as non-returnable; and
Products that cannot legally be returned, shipped, or transferred.

These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or any applicable rights relating to defective products.

LEGAL AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from IMI Defense™ LLC may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction.

IMI Defense™ LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when required by applicable federal, state, or local law or when shipping or other restrictions prevent lawful fulfillment.

A customer's inability to lawfully receive or possess a product does not automatically entitle the customer to reimbursement for costs incurred as a result of inaccurate information provided by the customer or an order placed contrary to applicable law.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OTHER SELLERS

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from the IMI Defense™ LLC U.S. website.

Products purchased through Amazon, an authorized dealer, distributor, retailer, or other third-party seller are subject to that seller's applicable return and refund policies.

Warranty claims involving an IMI Defense™ product purchased from an authorized third-party seller may be handled separately under the applicable IMI Defense™ product warranty.
