The Website is operated by IMI Defense™ LLC, a United States limited liability company (“IMI Defense™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or purchasing a product through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase products through it.

2. FIREARM ACCESSORIES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

IMI Defense™ sells firearm accessories, components, tactical equipment, and related products. Unless expressly identified otherwise, products offered through the Website are not firearms.

Laws governing firearm accessories and components vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Some products that are lawful in one jurisdiction may be restricted or prohibited in another.

By ordering a product from IMI Defense™, you represent and warrant that:

Customers are responsible for reviewing product compatibility before purchase. References to particular firearm manufacturers, models, or platforms are provided to assist customers in determining compatibility and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in the order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of the order. IMI Defense™ reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including:

  • product unavailability;

  • pricing or listing errors;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

  • payment-processing issues;

  • shipping restrictions;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

IMI Defense™ reserves the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, product availability, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

IMI Defense™ is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to particular locations or refuse shipment of products where we determine that legal, regulatory, carrier, or other restrictions apply.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Products must meet the applicable return requirements to qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

You assume responsibility for the proper and lawful installation, possession, maintenance, and use of products purchased through the Website.

9. WARRANTIES

Any product-specific warranty offered by IMI Defense™ will be governed by the warranty terms accompanying the product or published on the Website.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMI DEFENSE™'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO IMI DEFENSE™ FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IMI Defense™, its affiliates, owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Website;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of applicable law;

  • your infringement of another person's rights; or

  • your unlawful or unauthorized use, possession, modification, installation, transfer, or resale of a product purchased from IMI Defense™.

19. FRAUD AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

IMI Defense™ reserves the right to investigate orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with these Terms.

We may request additional information to verify an order or purchaser and may refuse or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, protect customers, or protect IMI Defense™.
