Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to their location before ordering. Dealers, distributors, resellers, and other parties purchasing IMI Defense™ products for resale are responsible for determining whether subsequent sale, transfer, or delivery to an end user is lawful.
Certain jurisdictions provide exemptions for law enforcement, military personnel, government agencies, or other qualified purchasers. Additional documentation and verification may be required before IMI Defense™ can process an order under an applicable exemption.

California & Virginia Customers

Depending upon the product and destination, these laws may require age or identity verification, purchaser acknowledgments, specific delivery procedures, or other steps before an order can be released.
Customers purchasing affected products may receive additional instructions after placing an order. IMI Defense™ will not ship an affected order until all applicable verification and compliance requirements have been satisfied.
Customer Responsibility
Firearm and firearm-accessory laws can change and may differ between states, counties, municipalities, and other jurisdictions. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the purchase, possession, receipt, and use of an IMI Defense™ product is lawful in their jurisdiction.
The ability to place an item in a shopping cart or submit an order does not constitute a representation by IMI Defense™ that the product is legal in the customer's jurisdiction. IMI Defense™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot legally be sold or shipped to its destination.
